Política de reembolso
Requirements:
The refund will not be applied or eligible for any item/product that:
- It is not unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- It must also be in its original packaging.
- It has not been purchased on our website.
- It has defects caused by reasons not due to an error by the KALEIIM company.
- Your return has not been made within (30) days of purchase.
Do not have your receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved and processed within the next 14 days, a credit will be automatically applied as follows:
- Store credit
- Electronic gift card
In case the product is out of stock, we will issue an electronic gift card for the total amount of the product paid for.
2. Late or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you do not receive your credit during the weeks following your approval, please email us at mail@kaleiim.com.
If you have not yet received your refund, please verify your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Items on sale
Only items at the regular price will be refunded, unfortunately the products on offer cannot be refunded.
4. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged by factory defects.
If the customer needs to exchange the purchased product for an item in another color, size or model, we will charge a 15% charge for a replacement fee.
If you need to change the purchase, send us an email to mail@kaleiim.com for instructions.
5. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by postal mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer to be delivered to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer and he will know about your return.
6. Shipping
To return your product, you must send them to: PO Box 7076, Carolina, PR, 00986, United States.
You will be responsible for the payment of the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
Considered using a traceable shipping service or buying insurance for shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
7. Payment Methods
The company accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Shop Pay, Diners Club and Meta Pay.

DEVOLUCIONES
Requerimientos:
El reembolso no será aplicado o elegible a ningún artículo/producto que:
- No esté sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió.
- También debe estar en su embalaje original.
- No haya sido comprado en nuestro sitio web.
- Tenga defectos ocasionados por razones no debidas a un error de la empresa KALEIIM.
- Su devolución no se haya realizado dentro de los (30) días a partir de la compra.
- No tenga su recibo o prueba de compra.
1. Reembolsos (donde aplique)
Una vez que tu devolución es recibida e inspeccionada, enviaremos un correo electrónico para notificarte que hemos recibido tu devolución. También te notificaremos la aprobación o rechazo de tu reembolso.
Si su reembolso es aprobado y procesado dentro de los próximos 14 días un crédito será automáticamente aplicado de la siguiente manera:
- Crédito de la tienda
- Tarjeta de regalo electrónica
En caso de que el producto se encuentre agotado, emitiremos una tarjeta de regalo electrónica por la cantidad total del producto pagado.
2. Reembolsos tardíos o perdidos (donde aplique)
Si durante las semanas posteriores a su aprobación de reembolso no recibe su crédito, escríbanos un correo electrónico a mail@kaleiim.com.
Si aún no has recibido tu reembolso, por favor verifica tu cuenta bancaria otra vez.
Luego contacta a tu compañía de tarjeta de crédito, puede tomar algún tiempo antes de que tu reembolso se postee oficialmente.
3. Artículos en oferta
Solo los artículos a precio regular serán reembolsados, desafortunadamente los productos en oferta no pueden ser refundados.
4. Intercambios (donde aplique)
Solo reemplazamos artículos que estén defectuosos o dañados por defectos de fábrica.
Si el cliente necesita cambiar el producto comprado por un artículo en otro color, tamaño o modelo cobraremos un cargo de 15% por tarifa de reposición.

5. Regalos
Si el artículo fue marcado como regalo cuando fue comprado y enviado directamente a ti, recibirás un crédito de regalos por el valor de la devolución. Una vez que recibimos el artículo, un certificado de regalo te será enviado por correo postal.
Si el artículo no fue marcado como regalo cuando fue comprado, o el regalo fue enviado al comprador para entregártelo más tarde, le enviaremos un reembolso al comprador y el sabrá de tu devolución.
6. Envío
Para devolver tu producto, debes enviarlos a: PO Box 7076, Carolina, PR, 00986, United States.
Usted será responsable por los pagos de los costos de envío para el retorno del artículo. Los costos de envío no son reembolsables. Si recibes un reembolso, el costo del envío de la devolución será deducido de tu reembolso.
Dependiendo de dónde vivas, el tiempo que tome recibir el producto intercambiado, puede variar.
Consideré usar un servicio de envío rastreable o comprar seguro para el envío. Nosotros no garantizamos que recibiremos su devolución.
